Our returns and refunds policy for wholesale trade orders placed with VONEY LTD.

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all wholesale trade purchases made from VONEY LTD. As our services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, consumer protection legislation such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply. This policy sets out the basis on which returns and refunds will be considered.
You may be entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement sent to info@voneywholesale.co.uk before the 30-day deadline expires.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods, or on which a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods on your behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
If you receive goods that are damaged or defective on arrival, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence where possible. We will assess the claim and, if accepted, we will at our discretion offer a replacement, credit note, or refund.
If you receive items that differ from what was stated in your order confirmation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@voneywholesale.co.uk. We will arrange collection of the incorrect items at our cost and dispatch the correct goods as promptly as possible.
All returns must be pre-authorised by VONEY LTD before goods are sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the buyer's cost. Goods must be sent to the address provided at the time of authorisation.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us unless the return is due to our error or a fault in the goods. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit during return. We are unable to process a refund without actual receipt of the returned goods or confirmed proof of delivery.
Once a returned order has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method originally used for your order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Credit notes, where issued in lieu of a refund, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit to the value of the return will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to the original buyer first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
